Cut bread in cubes and add in a bowl. It's best if you cut it a day before, so that it becomes a little more dry.
Pour milk over pieces of bread and mix well together. Set aside for an hour, so that bread can soak up the milk.
Mix ground flax seeds with water and set aside for about 15 minutes.
Mix soaked bread, flax seeds, vegeta, salt, chopped onion and garlic.
Add buckwheat flour and mix well together.
Form into 6 balls and press them well together so they won't fall apart.
Put them in the fridge for about 1 hour.
Boil some water and add dumplings into boiling water. Cook them for about 15 minutes.
