Quick and simple vegan pancakes without flour.
- 120 g oat flour
- 250 ml rice milk
- 1 tsp of baking powder
Mix oat flour and baking powder.
Add rice milk and mix it well together.
Wait about 10 to 15 minutes so the batter becomes thicker.
Heat coconut oil in a pan and add batter in the center of it.
Bake for about 30 seconds.
Flip the pancake and bake it for 20 to 30 seconds.
Add your favourite topping and enjoy.
