Vegan pancakes

Quick and simple vegan pancakes without flour.
Servings 10 pancakes


  • 120 g oat flour
  • 250 ml rice milk
  • 1 tsp of baking powder


  • Mix oat flour and baking powder.
  • Add rice milk and mix it well together.
  • Wait about 10 to 15 minutes so the batter becomes thicker.
  • Heat coconut oil in a pan and add batter in the center of it.
  • Bake for about 30 seconds.
  • Flip the pancake and bake it for 20 to 30 seconds.
  • Add your favourite topping and enjoy.
