Rum-coconut balls

Delicious, no bake vegan treat.
Servings 30 balls

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g vegan butter biscuit
  • 50 g powdered sugar
  • 100 g shredded coconut
  • 85 g cacao powder
  • 75 g margarine
  • 30 ml rum
  • 25 g coconut oil

Instructions
 

  • Blend biscuits into flour (we used Veganz ones shown on the picture).
  • Add powdered sugar, cacao powder and shredded coconut and mix together.
  • Add rum, margarine and coconut oil and mix everything together to form a dough.
  • If the dough is not coming together you can add a little margarine or coconut oil.
  • Make small balls and roll them in shreeded coconut.
  • Store them in the fridge in an airtight container for about a week.
