Rum-coconut balls
Delicious, no bake vegan treat.
- 200 g vegan butter biscuit
- 50 g powdered sugar
- 100 g shredded coconut
- 85 g cacao powder
- 75 g margarine
- 30 ml rum
- 25 g coconut oil
Blend biscuits into flour (we used Veganz ones shown on the picture).
Add powdered sugar, cacao powder and shredded coconut and mix together.
Add rum, margarine and coconut oil and mix everything together to form a dough.
If the dough is not coming together you can add a little margarine or coconut oil.
Make small balls and roll them in shreeded coconut.
Store them in the fridge in an airtight container for about a week.
