Mix all of the dry ingredients together (flour, coconut sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder and lemon zest).
Add lemon juice, water and margarine and mix it well together.
Put dough in a fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough.
Cut it into rectangles in the size of a tea bag. And cut away two upper corners to make it look like a tea bag. And make a hole with a toothpick in the middle between these corners that are cut away.
Put cookies on a pan and bake them for 15 minutes on 180C.
Let them cool down and dunk the bottom into melted chocolate.
Put strings through all of the holes.
Stick the end of a string together and add a small paper with some christmas pattern at the end.
