Halloween domes with speculaas flavor

Ingredients
  

Cream filling:

  • 125 g (½ cup) vegan mascarpone
  • 100 ml (⅓ cup + 1 tbsp) vegan whipping cream (chilled)
  • 25 g (2 tbsp) powdered sugar

1–2 tbsp speculaas spread

    Chocolate coating:

    • 100 g (3.5 oz) vegan chocolate

    Base:

    • Cookies or any crunchy biscuits
    • Optional topping:
    • Halloween decoration or desiccated coconut or crushed cookies

    Instructions
     

    Chocolate domes:

    • Melt the chocolate over a water bath until smooth.
    • Spread it evenly inside silicone dome molds.
    • Freeze for 10–15 minutes until set.

    Cream:

    • Whip the chilled vegan cream until firm.
    • Add mascarpone and mix until smooth.
    • Whisk in powdered sugar until combined.

    Assembling:

    • Fill the domes halfway with cream, add a teaspoon of speculaas spread, and cover with more cream.
    • Freeze overnight.
    • Remove frozen domes from the molds.
    • Spread melted chocolate on cookies and gently press the domes on top.
    • Add decoration.
