Halloween domes with speculaas flavor

Ingredients
Cream filling:

(½ cup) vegan mascarpone

ml
(⅓ cup + 1 tbsp) vegan whipping cream (chilled)

(2 tbsp) powdered sugar
1–2 tbsp speculaas spread
Chocolate coating:
100
g
(3.5 oz) vegan chocolate
Base:
Cookies or any crunchy biscuits
Optional topping:
Halloween decoration or desiccated coconut or crushed cookies
Instructions
Chocolate domes:
Melt the chocolate over a water bath until smooth.
Spread it evenly inside silicone dome molds.
Freeze for 10–15 minutes until set.
Cream:
Whip the chilled vegan cream until firm.
Add mascarpone and mix until smooth.
Whisk in powdered sugar until combined.
Assembling:
Fill the domes halfway with cream, add a teaspoon of speculaas spread, and cover with more cream.
Freeze overnight.
Remove frozen domes from the molds.
Spread melted chocolate on cookies and gently press the domes on top.
Add decoration.
