Put flour, dry yeast and coconut sugar in a bowl, mix and make a well in the middle.
Put lukewarm water and olive oil in the well and knead well.
Cover with a dish towel and leave to rest in a warm place for 45 minutes.
Oil the pan well and when the dough has risen, shape it into a pan.
Oil the dough and use your fingers to press deep dimples into the surface of the dough.
Pour the applesauce over the dough, add sliced apple and plums and bake for 25-30 minutes in a preheated oven at
200 °C (392°F).
When the focaccia is baked, cut it into pieces and sprinkle with a mixture of powdered sugar and cinnamon. You can also top it with maple syrup.
