Vegan crumble with berries
Quick and healthy vegan dessert.
- 65 g 1/2 cup spelt oats
- 35 g 1/3 cup oat flour
- 10 g 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 25 g 2 tbsps maple syrup
- 30 g 2 tbsps almond butter
- 250 g 1 1/4 cup berries
- 15 g 1 tbsp maple syrup
Put oats, oat flour and chia seeds in a bowl and mix.
Add almond butter, maple syrup and mix well.
Mix the berries with maple syrup and place on the bottom of the baking dish.
Crumble the oat mixture on top of fruits with your hands and bake at 180 ° C for 20 minutes.
Serve hot or cold with vegan yogurt or ice cream on the side.
