Vegan crumble with berries

Quick and healthy vegan dessert.

Ingredients
  

Crumble

  • 65 g 1/2 cup spelt oats
  • 35 g 1/3 cup oat flour
  • 10 g 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 25 g 2 tbsps maple syrup
  • 30 g 2 tbsps almond butter

Berries

  • 250 g 1 1/4 cup berries
  • 15 g 1 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Put oats, oat flour and chia seeds in a bowl and mix.
  • Add almond butter, maple syrup and mix well.
  • Mix the berries with maple syrup and place on the bottom of the baking dish.
  • Crumble the oat mixture on top of fruits with your hands and bake at 180 ° C for 20 minutes.
  • Serve hot or cold with vegan yogurt or ice cream on the side.
