Vegan walnut crescent cookies
Delicious cookies with walnuts that just melt in your mouth.
- 150 g semi-white flour
- 30 g coconut sugar
- 75 g walnut meal
- 25 g coconut oil
- 55 ml water
Mix flour, coconut sugar and walnut meal..
Add melted coconut oil and water and mix well and knead.
Let the dough rest in the fridge for at least half an hour.
Then divide it into 16 equal parts and shape each one into a roll and then wrap the ends to get the shape of a croissant.
Place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes at 180°C.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar (or erythritol).
