Vegan walnut crescent cookies

Delicious cookies with walnuts that just melt in your mouth.
Servings 16 cookies


  • 150 g semi-white flour
  • 30 g coconut sugar
  • 75 g walnut meal
  • 25 g coconut oil
  • 55 ml water


  • Mix flour, coconut sugar and walnut meal..
  • Add melted coconut oil and water and mix well and knead.
  • Let the dough rest in the fridge for at least half an hour.
  • Then divide it into 16 equal parts and shape each one into a roll and then wrap the ends to get the shape of a croissant.
  • Place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes at 180°C.
  • Sprinkle with powdered sugar (or erythritol).
