Avocado-basil pesto
Quick and delicious creamy pesto with avocado and basil.
Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- handfull of fresh basil
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- few drops of lemon juice
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- Put all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
