Pumpkin soup

Healthy and simple pumpkin soup.
Course Soup

Ingredients
  

  • 700 g pumpkin
  • 1 leek
  • parsley
  • 2 carrots

Spices

  • ginger
  • turmeric
  • cumin
  • dry oregano
  • dry basil
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt
  • black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cook pumpkin, leek, carrots and parsley.
  • Remove parsley and blend all of the other cooked ingredients(including some water in which it was cooking).
  • Saute garlic with turmeric and ginger on a little bit of olive oil.
  • Add blended ingredients.
  • Add all of the spices.
  • Cook it for a bit longer.
