Pumpkin soup

Healthy and simple pumpkin soup.
- 700 g pumpkin
- 1 leek
- parsley
- 2 carrots
Spices
- ginger
- turmeric
- cumin
- dry oregano
- dry basil
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 cloves garlic
- salt
- black pepper
Cook pumpkin, leek, carrots and parsley.
Remove parsley and blend all of the other cooked ingredients(including some water in which it was cooking).
Saute garlic with turmeric and ginger on a little bit of olive oil.
Add blended ingredients.
Add all of the spices.
Cook it for a bit longer.
